Villa Alegria | Jávea - Alicante

Josep Llorca Construcciones begins the construction of Villa Alegría in an exclusive detached house in Jávea (Alicante)

 

The location of the building preserves the total privacy of the property.

 

The house, with a plot of 1001.14 m2 and 222.39 m2 built, is distributed on one floor, ground floor where there are outdoor terraces, swimming pool, a chill out area and outdoor leisure areas. It also has a semi-basement with parking and storage room.

The exterior enclosures are resolved with double ceramic brick partitions forming an air chamber inside and thermal insulation on the exterior face of the facade.  

 

In the lower areas of the house a sheet of masonry stone will be placed and in the upper areas an acrylic mortar finish as a coating.

 

Some of the characteristics in terms of materials of the house are:

  • The flat roof is made of non-passable gravel.

  • Underfloor heating, air conditioning ducts and aerothermal.

  • Aluminum exterior carpentry with thermal break and glass with sun guardian.

  • White lacquered MDF wood interior carpentry.

Two-pane façade with exterior insulation, composed of: External cladding: High performance polymeric mortar layer cladding. SATE system with EPS thermal insulation 10 cm conductivity 0.0029

EXTERIOR COATINGS: 

Vertical facade cladding: lime-based monolayer mortar.

Vertical stone facade cladding (plinth)

PC horizontal cladding (covered floor): heavy gravel protection.

General interior horizontal cladding: gypsum plaster plus plastic paint on ceilings and microcement pavement on floors.
