2,617.65 m2 in interior adaptation and 3,421.66 m2 in exterior adaptation.
Ladies and Gentlemen's Toilet, Dining room, Social room, Piano Bar
Toilet for ladies and gentlemen and accessible in common areas, social room, Piano Bar, Discotheque, replacement of the main access door as well as the waterproofing of roofs in the main garden area and the repair of all the balcony windows and the specific adaptation of its 400 rooms.
The entire 1200m2 of the dining room will be intervened with the replacement of the flooring and the total renovation of its facilities.
