Josep Llorca Construcciones begins the construction of the villa La Finca in an exclusive residential area of Jávea.

At 12m above sea level, the single-family house with two floors, with an area of approx. 340m2 and 1600m2 of plot basically form a rectangular body of 18 m. by 16.5 m. of width of average in constructed plant.

The start of the works is scheduled for the end of March 2022, with the execution period of 7 months.
